Health & Nutrition: Kashi's Mayan Harvest Bake

If you see this in your supermarket in the frozen dinner section, I seriously recommend you pick one up.  Especially if you like the sweet, creamy and spicy together.  I was surprised at how satisfying it was in taste, textures and filling, too!  The meal consists of plantains with roasted sweet potato, black beans and kale. Spicy ancho sauce with pumpkin seed garnish served over Kashi seven whole grain polenta, plus amaranth. If you want something different,  there are fifteen delicious varieties available. These entrées combine natural, wholesome ingredients like whole grains, colorful vegetables, and natural chicken or shrimp. The dinners are prepared by roasting, grilling, and are seasoned to let their real flavors come through. And of course, theses all natural entrées are also packed with real nutrition, such as fiber and protein to provide true sustenance.  Delicious!!
