Health & Nutrition: Vitatop Muffin Tops

One of my breakfast staples is the yummylicious VitaMuffin.  Your choice of cranberry, blueberry, banana nut, chocolate and others!!  I highly recommend you pick up a box and try them out! 
At 100 calories per top 100 calories, 0g fat, 5g fiber, 4g protein, the VitaMuffin has less sugar and more nutrients than an apple, plus the advantages of whole grains, berries, and just as much fiber!  They definitely taste great and is loaded with berries (cranberries, blueberries, etc.)  They go perfect with my morning coffee or as a midday snack.
