I mixed the warmed oil into the conditioner ...Hiya! I mixed the warmed oil into the conditioner and apply, steam for 30/40 mins. I leave the conditioner in, rinse it out in the morning and go with wet hair. I know..not best for the winter, but this week I managed to go 3 days without co-washing and my hair looked decent with a water spray down and scrunch/shaping with my Aloe butter.
