Product Review: Essie Encrusted 2013 Holiday Collection Nail Colors

Application Tips:
Shake and roll bottle very well before applying.  This highly textured polish is best applied one thin coat followed by a second coat gently pressing the textured pieces along the nail to ensure full coverage of the texture. It dries quickly, so apply in a expedient manner for best results. No waiting between coats.  Also, if you are wearing a sweater or any textured clothing and your nails brush against it, you could end up with some lint on your nails, so a warning.
