My NYFW 2014 Street Style Favorites

Another NYFW has come and gone! Despite the sketchy weather, these fashionistas are hardcore and still brought the style under the most harsh conditions. LOL!

Below is a screenshot of my Pinterest board dedicated to my favorite looks seen on the street dashing from show to show. You can check out all my picks here and don't forget to subscribe to my boards for my pins! Enjoy!

Fashion: Peter Pilotto For Target Collaboration

Target's newest collaboration goes up for sale today, February 9th, and I expect it will be a repeat of nearly every other limited offer fashion event to date. This time it's Peter Pilotto featuring colorful, graphic pieces that can be mixed and matched. I really like the blue patterned jacket front and center and a couple of the dresses. If your quick, you might be able to grab a few pieces before they sell out! TAKE A LOOK HERE!!

Old man winter has had the East coast in his tight grip for the past few weeks serving up sub zero temperatures and snow dumps galore! Here are my picks for remaining warm AND fashionable when you are out braving the frozen tundra. :-)

Fashion & Technology: Dior Beauty Ad and Using Digital 3D Design Technology For Marketing

This ad is from a couple of years ago, but I wanted to share as an example of how digital 3D design technology can be used for marketing of products, fashion and services.

This very cool Dior Beauty ad is a video game based advertisement described as, “a playful look at the world of Dior Beauty.” This is one of a few that have stood out to me.

The video is a collaboration of all of your favorite vintage video games – Tetris, Pacman and yes, Super Mario Brothers.

Below is an example of my own personal work. A digital fashion video featuring original clothing line I designed and sold in my virtual worlds shop and still sell on the web.
I think this is a great, cost effective way for designers and other businesses to showcase their services and/or wares. Contact me via email, tinabeanie1129@gmail.com, for a personal consultation detailing how I can create a demos, commercials, music videos, etc. to fit your needs.

Fashion: Ballet Beautiful!

Ballet Beautiful!

My inspiration for this post is AOL on's documentary/drama, city.ballet. A short blurb about the 12 episode-6:00 minutes each series is below. There are also quite a few behind the scenes coverage.

I danced for some years then stopped and attempted to pick it back up again, but it was too painful, but I still wear my ballet sweaters and my ballet slippers (at home). :-)

It truly takes more strength to dance and appear light as a feather than power-lifting or body building in my opinion.

You can catch the series here:  http://on.aol.com/show/cityballet-517887470/episode/517997047  Enjoy!!
