Target's newest collaboration goes up for sale today, February 9th, and I expect it will be a repeat of nearly every other limited offer fashion event to date. This time it's Peter Pilotto featuring colorful, graphic pieces that can be mixed and matched. I really like the blue patterned jacket front and center and a couple of the dresses.
